Are these cost driven or market driven? I know this calls for a study but what’s your gut feeling?

There are a lot of boutique coffee roasters and importers here. Some (one company imports Cuban beans, for example) command a decent price, but whether that is on their skill as roasters, support for S. America/fair trade or just the 'chic', who knows?
