Compare to Dark Forces/Jedi Knight if you can. I see lots of comparisons to modern games I've never played, but nothing comparing it to the most superficially similar Star Wars titles.

I think the game feels tonally and visually very related to the Jedi Knight games, but the gameplay & level design are very different.

Could you make a list of features present in the game and then rank them based on how much you think they cost to make? It's nice to have some understanding of how expensive individual features are.

Oh interesting...! I wouldn’t be able to put a number value on it but I could try give some context on how much stuff needs to be made and what systems are part of it. A little tricky without engineering input though...

I don’t feel that way, but it depends on what you expect. Higher difficulty levels are clearly communicated and they are very challenging based on dexterity and reaction time.

Considering that I still periodically go back and re-read your Anthem article as one of my favourites, I’m really excited to read your perspectives and thoughts on Fallen Order. I’ve put a couple hours into it, and have really been enjoying the experience.
