@SwiftLang could autoclosures make Vec::push wrap an emplacement? -
sounds possible but it might shift your API around a bit. May still want "full" Placer API so they can be returned.

theres a placer api in the works but my concern is ppl "correcting" new users that push is "worse" when it doesn't matter
