    So panpsyc who champion IIT simply can't say things like 'oh yes, a group of particles is conscious with non-zero phi but it's a different type of C compared to us.' Nope, sorry. Cant have your cake and eat it too 3/3

    Ur giveb gen anaesthesia & slowly losing C -> phi reduces. As you are getting to 0, there is a pt where ur phi= phi of small XOR grid. It isn't just that your phis are the same. IIT shld say the type of experience you have as you drift away is very similar to what grid exp 2/3

    If the IIT theory of C starts from our exp & then figures which structures can have necessary prop to have that exp (& define phi resp), then it can't both be true that - (1) phi accurately captures C in an artificial sys S & (2) The exp of S could have prop different from ours.
