    Finally found the mysterious device using data in my network, it was my fucking Samsung Smart TV and the ads it has on the menu. I paid over £1000 for this 60' 4k TV just about 3 years ago, and it serves me fucking ads and sucks bandwidth, never again. FUCK SAMSUNG

        I purely went by reviews with picture quality and response time (for vidya, of course) being priority and it was the highest rated 60' across the board under 2 grand. My own fault should have done the same thing.
