Hey @YouTube my fiancé purchased all of the songs he recently used in an edited video he tried to upload to your site but we are getting an WGM error. How can we fix this? He worked for about 7 days on the video and a 6 hour upload. Please help

Hi he doesn’t have Twitter and he already filed a complaint. He just worked really hard on it and for it to not be uploaded after a 6 hour download is super frustrating.

Part 2: his name is Chris Niemczak and that is his YouTube name. It’s a simple cross country video trip with music in it that was legally purchased. We really just want to watch it with our families while we are home for the Thanksgiving weekend

Oh ok. Mind sharing a screenshot of the error? This'll help us understand the issue better.

You do realize just because he purchased the music does not mean he purchased the rights to use them. For youtube you either need to use royalty free music (not copyrighted or in public domain) or obtain the rights to use that copyrighted music.
