The person who copyright striked my channel has followed up via e-mail. He's extorting me for €200 to remove the strike @TeamYouTube I've used 25 seconds of music in the outro of a 5 minute video. Is this something I can dispute somehow? Please help

Well, it was just a matter of time.. Although you're mostly using non-commercial music in your videos, you're still using other people's material for personal gain so.. What's all the fuss?

Really dude? You're allowed by law to sample music as long as it's under 30 seconds. Don't be an asshole.

That's not the law. Try find a single legit source that says 30 seconds or less is okay. Fair use doesn't take length into account at all. 1 second or 1 hour doesn't matter. This is a myth that's getting a lot of creators into trouble.
