This isn't fair use unfortunately. Singing 4-5 lines of a song is copyrightable. Courts have ruled that in the past, so precedence is set.
Then the courts are breaking the law themselves because it violates the first amendment. You have the right to sing a song on youtube with just your voice because they can't copyright your voice. That is not a thing.
Ah that's where it's gets complicated. They can't copyright my voice but they can copyright the lyrics and melody, so if I'm singing the same lyrics in a recognisable melody, that's actually claimable for copyright.
