Courts have precedence that single lines and common phrases are okay. Jack sang 4-5 lines with the signature chanting from the song, which under US law is copyrightable and if YouTube doesn't comply the music industry would sue.

Cover songs aren't fair use either. You can't make a cover and perform or sell it without permission from the original creator. Remixes and covers are not fair use.
