Either way that should be removed upon appeal since its within their own guidelines but it was auto declined. There's absolutely no human "reviewing" these appeals contrary to what YouTube says so you have to jump through hoops just to get a real response from them
I think it's all part of the general push YouTube has been doing towards large, mainstream companies and abandoning independent creators. I believe absolutely nothing they claim about caring for creators. CEO made a video saying they believe in "open creativity." My ass they do.

And with 1) at least appeals SHOULD be having a human looking at it. It doesn't. My 1 hour long video was "re-reviewed" quickly after I submitted the appeal, on a weekend at 2 am. And I get the "declined" reply from a no response inbox. Inept is an understatement.
