@TeamYouTube can you help with this at all? I've emailed the copyright team directly, contacted my partner manager, tweeted you several times and have been promptly ignored every time, with these automated emails back. This is not how you support your creators.

Yea I've been talking to him about it. It's some automated garbage that gets no human response. Its a video from like 2 years ago that doesn't even have many views. But its the principal of the matter. You let 1 company get away with this and they all know they can do it.
