Pretty impressive how everyone is suddenly a coaching expert following those NA coaches announcement. I don't think anyone can assess the worth of a coach without having directly worked with him. The rest is PR.

Still doesn't mean they are/were good at it, maybe you selected well for their ability to coach individual players on your website but that's another topic.
We do actually have a few coaches who do coaching for teams. Mostly collegiate level competitors, which is a prime area of growth for the industry.

And my point still stands, I don't think you can evaluate if they are good or not without working directly with them in the first hand.

We are able to evaluate through our application and interview process prior to accepting coaches, but there are certainly individuals who thrive more when showing rather than telling.
