Furthermore, @TeamYouTube just said that even if your voice is TERRIBLE it doesn't make a difference, you'll still get claimed singing a song. Which means these aren't bots anymore detecting music.. it's literally someone out there that will be manually claiming vids he/she wants

YouTube is actively trying to get people to leave their platform at this point, like it’s not even a joke anymore. This kind of shit is why I never really started trying to make videos back in 2015 (that and not having enough equipment) but regardless this shit needs to stop!

It does! At first i thought that claiming ppl's voices thing was a glitch in the system.. but now that Youtube has stated and fully support that, it's very troubling

Indeed. I’m afraid many people will start leaving, and this is especially going to affect those whose channels revolve around doing covers of songs.
@JonathanYMusic@CalebHyles Need to start watching out since channels like theirs are in the most trouble because of this.1 reply 0 retweets 3 likes -

I’m tempted to make a video explaining how wrong this of YouTube to do this. Just grab my phone, record my face, discuss the topic, post the video, and hope people hear and see it. Sadly I don’t feel confident enough to be able to do that, and it frustrates me that I’m like that.
