My favourite responses have been those that go, "sex isn't a commodity, it's something created by the voluntary interaction of free people, so it's totally unfair to compare it to wealth, which is unfairly withheld from the workers who create it & hoarded by the ruling classes!".
Incel is just another word for an entitled misogynist who is so vile to women they can't get a (hot) girlfriend to cater to their every whim as they think they should. And no "redistribution" is going to cure that ill.

I'm happy to agree that the people you describe probably can't be helped, but
@robinhanson's post talked about sexless people in general, not violent aggressive ones specifically. We should of course exclude violent people from our sympathies and assistance as we always do. -
He also goes on to posit that women who cheat on their partners should be jailed/fined/tortured to "correct" their activities. So pardon me if I don't take Robin's opinions in the same good faith that you seem to be taking them.

I also lack your surety that he didn't include incels in his list of men who should be the beneficiaries of "redistribution" of sex. In fact, I think his entire position starts as a clap-back at people denigrating incels
