      J'en parlais avec @MaximeChao mais c'est marrant de voir qu'on a tous une interprétation différente d'un "remake". C'est quoi pour vous, un remake ? Pr moi clairement c'est la réinterprétation d'une œuvre : FF7, RE2, Ratchet & Clank 2015... mais pas Mafia 1, par exemple 👇

      Un remaster, c'est bien un relifting + ou - conséquent d'un jeu, mais qui reste intrinsèquement le même. Changer le moteur d'un jeu old-school n'en fait pas un nouveau jeu : les lignes de dialogue seront les mêmes, le level design aussi, les PNJ, etc.

      C'est chiant parce que certains remasters sont tellement avancés (Spyro, Crash, Tony Hawk ou Mafia) que la frontière avec le remake parait floue, mais ça me parait important d'en faire quand-même la différence 🤔 Sinon vivement DMC6

      À vrai dire, pour moi la frontière n'est pas du tout flou. Par définition, un remaster tu remasterise, c'est à dire que tu prends la même base, le même jeu mais que tu appliques des modifs (lifting, tu le passes en 1080p etc)

      Un remake... Tu refais. Spyro Trilogy est un remake car tout est refait. À l'identique certes ! Mais tout est refait, il n'y a pas les assets originaux même s'ils servent de base. Mafia son gameplay sera sûrement actualisé en plus (même si on l'a pas vu)

      D'autres remakes sont des réinterpretations, on refait autrement . FF7, Tomb Raider Anniversary, Ratchet 2016 (et pas 2015, faux fan ❤️), ou éventuellement SH Shattered Memories qui refait SH1 autrement. Ces rares exemples sont aussi des remakes, donc ça rajoute des nuances.

          Pour autant, dire que Spyro, Crash, Shadow of the Colossus ou actuellement Mafia sont des remastered... C'est faux. Il manque un terme pour ces jeux "entre les deux" qui permettrait d'éviter de s'emmêler les pinceaux.
