The release of live-service games such as #Destiny, #TheDivision ,#AnthemGame and others just show how much irrelevant the reviewing process of games has become. They need weeks, months to be properly reviewed, if they ever can be ?
But we also need to follow the changes of one game. No Man's Sky is a great example. Two years later, many reviewers updated their reviews.

Yeah, and that's a good thing. I'm really hoping for new kinds, new formats of reviews which leave away the old, conventional rating system. People care simply too much about rates more than the review itself. It's time to propose something fresh, something new.
-
Some media already do that (
@pixelsfr for instance), but people don't pay as much attention to them because there is no rates. I'd love to see something fresh, without rates, that would work. But I can't really see how. - Show replies

Well the main issue with anthem is that it sucks big time Like the gameplay is pure boredom and garbage There is a lot of bugs with equipments stuffs You need to manually make the game in English in origin to have English voices And then it's really badly staged within its quests

Don't agree at all. Friends and I had a great time on it. Gameplay flow feels amazing, flying and shooting mechanics are really satisfying. To me, its quest design is as good/bad as Destiny or The Division. Depends what you expect from this type of game.
