GOTY will be between #GodOfWar and #RDR2. But considering the latter is multiplatform and sold a lot more, it has better chances to win, since it all depends on players votes.
Would love to see Celeste won, even though I didn't play it. It's the GOTY for a lot of players, and could be an underdog vote for many "indy players". I'm sure it won't, but it would be awesome that an indy game would win over these AAA games.
Didn't play it either, wouldn't mind if it won. I think all selected games would deserve the GOTY for different reasons.
Of course. But I think that's the first time that an indy game like that competes against those heavy AAA games, despite being also nominated in the "best independant game" section too. But don't mind me, I loved GoW, Assassin's Creed, Spider-Man, and I'm sure I'll love RDR2 too.
