This investigation (if you can call it that) is so strange, I don't understand why they left so much to be tampered with.

Gadi, you said "property owners are pretty upset"...that would be Jason Badger, yes? Seems like that would be grounds for a lawsuit against county if done w/out his OK, esp as he gave defendants the OK to live there.

Rhonda, I've heard the owners were trying to evict them but were denied by the courts. I don't think Badger ever gave them permission.
