    I am being tortured with Electronic Weapons similar to the ones our diplomats in Cuba were subjected to and permanently injured by. I have been made a scapegoat for those who have so much corruption & hate in their hearts and for the ever-growing .

    Many TIs are being targeted for different reasons by different entities all affiliates of the US Gov or at least has approval of. In my case I know there are some foreign intelligence agencies involved mainly Europeans and perhaps in some occasions Medical Research Facilities.

    I congratulate posthumously pardoning the Black Gay Civil-Rights movement leader . I hope this is a genuine and not another political stunt. Black Californians are disproportionately targeted by Private & for profits prisons/Department of Injustice.

    Bayard Rustin was a fierce civil rights leader. He was arrested and imprisoned because he was gay. Our country has a dark history of oppression and persecution. It's our duty to acknowledge that and right the wrongs of our past.

    Mass incarceration costs $182 billion a year in the United States. Imagine the peace we’d see if we invested that money in preventative programs and restorative justice practices.
