This ruling allows local officials to focus on the task at hand this year - running a safe, secure, & accessible election. Stolen election & voter suppression claims by Stacey Abrams were nothing but poll-tested rhetoric not supported by facts & evidence:

Had a wonderful swing through SE Georgia yesterday speaking with business owners and community leaders. Small business is the economic engine of our State, and I’m always happy to hear from the men and women who create jobs for Georgia. Georgia grown business is leading the way!

We are THE jobs state. I was pleased to join GA officials to mark a record year for business. Our state added over 51,000 jobs & 350 new investment projects this year. Professional licensing is easier & corporations can renew for 1 to 3 years to focus on doing what they do best!

Last Thursday I set the record straight on the 2020 election & SB202 w/ The Exchange Club of Augusta. These civic leaders are visible in their communities & always serving others. Sharing our message w/ civic groups is an important part of building trust in free & fair elections.

This morning I had the honor of presenting a posthumous Outstanding Georgia Citizen award to the family and friends of Greenville High Football Coach Jeremy Williams. He was a champion on & off the field. His battle with ALS serves as an example of perseverance to all Georgians.

An overwhelming majority of voters support the use of voter ID in protecting our elections. Election security is not a partisan issue, and Georgia’s new voting law has made our elections the most secure in the nation.
