He's obviously heavily anti-Islam, and, having been forced away from the mainstream, he is becoming increasingly more influenced by those who accept him (i.e. the far right). But, he's still not racist. Note that he says this about Khan because he's Muslim, not because he's brown
His credo is, "Any person born in this country, who shares this country's values, is British regardless of skin colour." He doesn't regard Islam as sharing this country's values, and therefore, he doesn't see people born in this country, who identify as Muslim, as being British.
