Agreed and it also creates resentment from the majority towards POCs since POCs appear to be a legally protected group. That in turn causes greater segregation, mistrust within society and cultural tension. Establishment is completely to blame.

The answer is assimilation of culture in a way that respects law without enforcing draconian laws. Libertarians seem to want freedom from Government. Yet many are vocal about recognising the behaviour of individuals as a collective of culture.
