Maybe that's a compromise solution for YouTube. Rather than ban such viewpoints, just change the recommendation algorithm. In general it would be nice if recommendation algorithms recommended relevant counter-points even more than relevant content making the same point.

No one would take that recommendations seriously. Everyone would end up hating the new algorithm. I think.

Yes. Exactly. I had the same thing after I watched the beginning of *one* Richard Spencer video just to see who the guy was.

Ever notice that algorithms seem to foster narrow interests and minds. There is an assumption of no curiosity and singular interests.
