Socialism in the context in which I used it refers to the general principle that goods and services should be shared as equally among all people as possible.

Aspects of it, yes. If you'll recall, a guy got fired from Google for suggesting women didn't get the same high-paying jobs as men because they didn't gravitate toward STEM rather than because of an oppressive patriarchy.

No. You wouldn't find many social justice warriors who would be happy with all the wealth controlled by 10 people. I'm not sure how you could possibly think this argument is convincing.
