Inclusivity/social justice are values of socialism, along with diversity, etc, all of which are now championed by corporations to appear more cosmopolitan and woo the most lucrative demographics. (And sure, corporations hate socialism, but they *love* pretending to like it)
If you want society to be more equal, you campaign for SOCIAL JUSTICE. If you want everyone to have a slice of the pie, you campaign for INCLUSIVITY. If you think people shouldn't be excluded from the pie for being different, you campaign for DIVERSITY & TOLERANCE...

I was a socialist for nearly 10 years, so I understand the concept pretty damn well. And for your information, someone doesn't have to fully subscribe to socialism, or self-identify as socialist, to share socialist values.
