      it’s really disheartening knowing that i’m the biggest pile of trash both physically and mentally. it really rains on my parade and makes being happy an incredibly difficult charade. in a little bit I think i’ll finally reunite with my blade.

      Instead of cutting yourself, go for a run, with your fave music blaring through your earphones. Run until you can't run any more. Trust, it'll make you feel much better.

      Go for a walk then. Trust me, I have severe depression too, and a long walk, or run with music, particularly along roads you've seldom travelled, makes you feel so much better. Physical activity and changing scenery is essential to overcoming ennui.

      physical activity of almost any kind just causes severe pain but walks sometimes help. just can’t go on them super often anymore

      When you're sitting in your room, depressed, the thought of going out for a walk is horrible. But once you're out there, doing it, you wonder why you didn't do it sooner. The music, the scenery, the fresh air, the blood circulating round your body again, it all helps lift you up.

          i’m not denying that but once i’ve done it along with feeling slightly better mentally, physically i’m in pain but also get so triggered bc there are so many easy opportunities to kms but make it not seem intentional or it’s obviously intentional but that deadly
