I'm being called a centrist, but I'm not one. I was a leftist for 12 years. But the left lost me when it decided that pipe-dreams could be policy, science could be bigoted, victimhood could be emancipation, and dissenters could be dehumanised. I am now a political nomad.

If dissenters are the ones dehumanizing/bullying first,& not necessarily you personally, but any group of ppl/person,&,opposing rights of/justifying atrocities against ppl, then I am all for their dehumanization.

whether a personal attack or not((although they debate/differ on your issues/rights,which either ways is wrong)),is irrelevant.It's equally FoS.So dehumanization isn't a problem,but the basis on which it's done,can/can not be,and thus can be debated.Not justifying right/left.

views are complicated,but I definitely hate alt-right/conservatives,just saying.Also, I didn't get your point;"victimhood could be emancipation".

The left has created a victimhood culture where everyone is encouraged to blame their problems on others, which ultimately harms their sense of agency and evokes feelings of helplessness. I don't think it's a healthy attitude to be spreading.

The gender wage gap is claimed to be a universal product of misogyny, but in fact it's a result of men and women *choosing* to do different jobs. http://time.com/3222543/wage-pay-gap-myth-feminism/ …

This is not to say that pay gaps are always fair, or that misogyny doesn't exist - just that the leftist idea of an endemic gender pay gap based on systematic misogyny is a myth.
