I have epilepsy. Strobe lights are a trigger only for 10% of people with epilepsy. But I'm curious, why do you think this would be something terrorists use?

Oh, my. I wasn't aware. That's such a cruel thing. If people are doing that, it's certainly to create fear. But you think this could become a tactic widely used? And oops I was wrong about the percentage, it was lower than I recalled. Sorry about that.

Not common, but it will probably be tried. You're right that a Kurt Eichenwald-style Tweet-induced seizure is unlikely, but if you tweet out strobe effects from a Twitter account with millions of followers, some will likely suffer seizures. The main impact will be the fear caused
