True. Are there other ways to 'shake the shit off'? I can get perspective from a window on a long scenic bus/train journey, but I'm still mulling over the past & present. To be honest, it's pretty cool to get that far. :)

I'm still learning myself so can only guide you so far. But I think it's just a matter of practice. The key is to become aware of your own prejudices so that they don't interfere with your thinking.
