We really need to stop using the words "post-factual" & "post-truth". They imply that life was once factual, when actually human beings have always prioritized utility over truth. The only reason our age seems so dishonest is that we've become much better at recognizing bullshit.
Doesn't disregarding truth as a concept not just fall under the umbrella of dishonesty though? Isn't it just serial lying?

I don’t think so. Most liars know the truth and attempt to obscure/evade it. Post-truthers don’t think there is a factual reality to evade.

I don't think that's what most people mean when they say "post-truth". It seems more to do with the permeation of false data due to information age. Your definition seems closer to postmodernism/post-structuralism or perhaps even Pyrrhonism.
