I'm against diversity quotas of any kind, but I think corporations should understand that being female is actually a good qualification for a top job, because it reduces risk of workplace harassment which would harm mental well-being of employees and disrupt work-force cohesion.
I agree in principle. But whistle blowing schemes require women in positions of power in order to be effective (because women are disproportionately affected by sexual harassment, and are therefore more sympathetic to the harassed).
