I'm against diversity quotas of any kind, but I think corporations should understand that being female is actually a good qualification for a top job, because it reduces risk of workplace harassment which would harm mental well-being of employees and disrupt work-force cohesion.

Corporations rarely make ethical considerations. So the best way to ensure that more women get top roles in society is to advertise the practical benefits that women bring. And being far less likely to sexually harass employees and reduce their productivity is a damn big benefit.

I'd say a better view of what you're saying is having a diverse workplace helps reduce sexual harassment, & other related harassment.

Saying women don't harass coworkers as much as men is hard to prove. Diversity however is a proven workplace benefit.

More women, homosexuals, etc in leaderships positions means those workplaces don't turn into "boys clubs"

Yes, generally agree. By "harassment" I was talking specifically about sexual harassment. I think this would be drastically reduced by having more women in top positions.
