I'm against diversity quotas of any kind, but I think corporations should understand that being female is actually a good qualification for a top job, because it reduces risk of workplace harassment which would harm mental well-being of employees and disrupt work-force cohesion.
I think they'd be less likely to, but I can't be 100% sure. That's why I think it'd be good to at least give them a chance.

Oh, I think women should be given fair chances because it's fair. But I don't think they're better people.
