I'm against diversity quotas of any kind, but I think corporations should understand that being female is actually a good qualification for a top job, because it reduces risk of workplace harassment which would harm mental well-being of employees and disrupt work-force cohesion.
That's very interesting. I'll have to read it in full later. I'll point out that I'm not 100% convinced that women would make better leaders than men. But I'm pretty certain that being less of a lecher is a huge advantage, and think we should give women a chance to prove it.

I've got no problem with women in top jobs unless they get the job on the false virtue of their gender. So sure I'm on board on merit.

Is generalising about a gender helpful at all? I'd suggest that individuals all have differences. Rome wasn't built in a day and all that.
