Corporations rarely make ethical considerations. So the best way to ensure that more women get top roles in society is to advertise the practical benefits that women bring. And being far less likely to sexually harass employees and reduce their productivity is a damn big benefit.

Maybe select pple on merit & nt virtue signalling purposes? SH shd be handled by whistle blowing schemes & strong punishment 4 perpetrators

I agree in principle. But whistle blowing schemes require women in positions of power in order to be effective (because women are disproportionately affected by sexual harassment, and are therefore more sympathetic to the harassed).

Does it though? Most women in top jobs are less benevolent than men in the role especially to other women under them. http://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0185408 …

That's very interesting. I'll have to read it in full later. I'll point out that I'm not 100% convinced that women would make better leaders than men. But I'm pretty certain that being less of a lecher is a huge advantage, and think we should give women a chance to prove it.

Women in powerful positions have, can and will harrass others. It's less to do with gender than easy abuse of power by the unscrupulous

I agree generally. but I was talking about sexual harassment, which I think is primarily (but not exclusively) a male crime.
