We should make it socially acceptable for business meetings to be recorded with phones/body cameras. Ostensibly, it would be purely "a matter of record", like taking minutes at a meeting, but it will also serve as a ward against sexual abuse.
Well, the only downside I can think of is that meetings will no longer be completely private. But they've never really been private anyway -- people have always been able to tell others what was discussed.

privacy and dealing with sensitive info, who stores these records, who has access. Also, potential to enable a blame culture......

I.e. Official recorded meeting is held and action agreed, later becomes apparent that action not feasible "offline"......
