Islam has no inherent nature. It is defined by interpretation, and can therefore be pretty much what we want it to be.

There is no accurate way to measure the validity of an interpretation, because they all refer to something that isn't factually true.

Nope. Not at all. Not sure why you came to that conclusion, as I specifically say the prophetic narrative is not necessarily Islam.
