I think the main problem of postmodernists is their inability to distinguish between epistemology & ethics (i.e. descriptive/prescriptive).

They're opposed to anything they consider reductionist or deterministic. Doesn't fit with their belief that all is a social construct.

Not all, e.g. Deleuze argues that science is a specific way of thinking but neither hates nor is opposed to it
