There are Isis cells, such as the Manchester network. They travel to & from Syria, and when in UK they keep in touch with Isis via Telegram.

Did you notice that public celebrations of terrorist attacks on social media has reduced?

I haven't noticed a decrease, but rarely pay attention to such things. It would make sense though, given crackdowns by social media giants

Yes, the group still operates, but doesn't call itself al-Muhajiroun. They no longer have an official name for legal reasons.
