Identical twins don't have exactly the same brain-structure - they don't even have the same fingerprints. This is because of subtle environmental differences in the womb. And the differences only get more pronounced as the environment exerts different effects on them.

Yes. But these are still environmental add-ons while still in the womb, not an inherent difference between them. Even in the simulation scenario during lifetime the two entities will start to have their own differences with newer memories and environmental impact.

I am not saying it is the exact scenario, because for identical twins self awareness would come much later after they were exactly the same which is only during the conception. So I see the only major difference being a sense of disbelief initially, in case of lifetime simulation
