2/2 And i believe that some anxiety and stress is necessary, because humans who didn't have them died, yes. But not all of it is useful or helpful, a good amount of it is inhibiting and unnecessary. And aren't self reports of positive emotions simply a reflection of extroversion?

1/2 Wouldn't that be more like excitement than anything else, given how excitement is positive emotions about possible scenarios, while anxiety is negative emotions about positive scenarios? And i mean you said that "people would argue we would get little done without them",
