Does anyone have any tips on how to cope with that weird anxiety you get when you're so used to things being shit that when they look up/go well for a couple of weeks you immediately get constant low level dread that something awful is imminent?

Agree w Govinder. Also, consider obtaining yr genome and custom supplementing to it.Along w exercise and whole foods I was able to fire my pharma meds this way.
