Have you considered using your genome to customize a supplement and nutrition protocol to treat your depression yourself naturally? I have and not only was I able to long ago get rid of the meds but I literally do not experience the fog of depression any more. Feel free to DM me.

I've had treatment resistent depression and anxiety since age 10 and have never heard of doing this. Can you point me in the direction of some resources I can learn more from?
