The problem with creating a utopia is that not everyone’s idea of utopia is the same.

But in a true utopia, or heaven, it wouldn’t simply be the environment matching the ideals of the individuals, the individuals would also have been ‘perfected’ to accept and thrive in the shared environment. I.e. everyone would essentially be the same, and glad of it!

To the extent that two people's utopias contradict each other, that part of their utopia will not be implemented. Only utopias which are compatible with other utopias would really factor in.

The real paradox is if someone's utopia involves contradicting those utopias which are most compatible with everyone else's

The problem you articulate is philosophical and political. The problem of the good life . Firstly there is no way to objectively determine what constitutes utopia or the good life and if there is no agreement over definition, society is at war with itself over its attainment.
