It has been rigorously established that a Happy Meal after fast results in a lean energy efficient metabolism. The cycle repeated once every month for a year results in permanent genetic change to near 100 percent metabolic efficiency. The genes are inevitable.

hahahah. I have not eaten at McDonald's for at least a decade and definitely don't eat burger buns, fries, sugary sauces or processed cheese. At a pinch, I'd have a patty or two on their own.

You are too disciplined! Remember p: the brain flourishes when there is some degree of chaos and when saturated fatty acids are circulating in the blood stream, nervous system and the immune system.

Oh I eat PLENTY of saturated fatty acids. Buns, sugary sauces, processed cheese and fries: those are all carbs. That's the thing.

The thing is brain needs contrast in tastes. The neural system is to a great extent about contrast. That is when synaptic activity most active, new neural pathways laid and, long term potentiated. So some amount of carbs useful. Moderation and balance in everything said Yoda

I do not agree. I don't neural pathways are all about eating a wide variety of different foods. But if you have studies, please cite them.

On the contrary, most dieticians (I think) cite variety ("the cafeteria effect") and sensory-specific satiety as factors that mitigate against weight loss.

And I disagree with Yoda about the moderation and balance in everything, too! Smoking moderately is not "better" than not smoking, for example.

Carry out an experiment. Measure your neural activity befire and after happy meal. My understanding of quantum mechanics always better after happy meal and a cigarette. I experience eternal inflation.
