Does any of you have issues with insomnia? If so how do you remedy it?

Adding to that--I make sure the exercise is not too late into the evening. Either first thing in the morning or in the afternoon (right agter work). Not after dinner! Then you'll really be up--at least in my experience.

Not just exercise; there must be a routine of nutrition, exercise and stress management also. The body is reactive, put garbage in, get garbage out...
