My 36 hour fast is about to begin. I am drinking a post-dinner miso soup (as is my custom) & will not eat again until Thursday morning. I'm going to take the day very easy. May be on Twitter more than usual for distraction but will try to avoid fights as I'm likely to be grumpy.

No, it's not. But I have decided to try it, having done two 24-hour fasts (lunch to lunch) which were unpleasant but possible. Keto makes it a bit easier. It ups weight loss without any down sides, I think (have been reading a LOT of studies).

Yes, that's what I thought. Which is why I'm wondering whether it's necessary for Iona to put herself through this 36 hour shit. I mean, instead of eating nothing, maybe she can have some eggs and avocado or something?
