Link to his 2016 deposition? I find it hard to believe you watched it very closely when you still think it's an inconsistency that James' mother was happy when MJ died.

Nope, I'm not going to waste any more time on you. You honestly expect me to dig through pages and pages of legal papers just so you can dismiss it all with another one of your excuses? If you really care about the truth, use Google to find what you're looking for.

Is this what you're talking about? This is from 2015 not 2016 but I can't find anything else. https://www.mjfacts.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/031814-suppl-decl-Safechuck-wm.pdf … I can't find anything that contradicts what he said in the film.

I was talking about Robson, who literally said his memory had evolved in his 2016 deposition. I said for Safechuck, he *implied* his memory had evolved; he didn't actually say it.

Why were you talking about Robson when I was always talking about Safechuck? You're being deliberately confusing. So I'll ask again: How is it an inconsistency that his mother was happy when MJ died in 2009?

At the 2003 trial, James claims he simply told her he didn't want to testify in favour of MJ, as he was not a good man. Yet she never thought to ask more questions about this? Surely she would have feared right away that her son had been abused if he knew MJ was not a good man?

He didn’t simply say “I’m not testifying because he’s not a good man.” He heavily implies to her that he was abused and begged her not to tell anyone but he didn’t go into details of his abuse until 2015.

I really fail to understand why you see anything suspicious or inconsistent here. He basically tells her that he’s an abuser but doesn’t want to talk aboit his own experience.

So, she did know MJ was an abuser? Then why did she not go to the cops? And why didn't she get her son to testify *against* MJ at the 2003 trial? If your kid "heavily implied" someone he'd spent time alone with was a molester, you'd sure as hell want something done about it.

Cause James was terrified of people finding out and begged her not to tell anyone. This is all explained in part 2 of the documentary.

Your son tells you someone he has spent time alone with is an abuser. He then tells you not to tell anyone. Are you honestly going to just keep quiet, and allow a man who has likely raped your child to just get away with it all? Come on, man. Be realistic.

You're making everything sound so simplistic. She probably had so much guilt and shame too and was also terrified about what would happen. Also the effect on her son's mental health had she just came out and accused MJ when James specifically wanted no one to find out.
