I have to say, your thread reads like it was written by someone who didn’t watch the film very closely. For instance, point 5 is easily explained in part 2 of the film.

When he refuses to testify in Michael’s defence at the Gavin Arvizo trial he heavily implies to his mother that the allegations about MJ are true but doesn’t go into detail about what happened to him specifically until later in his life. Says something like “MJ is an evil man.”

So why then does he claim he didn't realise he'd been abused until 2013?

And by his own admission, his memory “evolved” after shopping a book around

That was Robson. But yes, Safechuck also implied that his memory had "evolved" after seeing Robson.

His feelings about the abuse had evolved over time, not his memory of it. Are you sure you watched both parts of this film in full? It feels like you’re giving me rote responses.

He claimed his memories had evolved in his 2016 deposition. Unlike you, I have actually studied more than just the documentary (though even this I have watched more closely than you appear to have).

Link to his 2016 deposition? I find it hard to believe you watched it very closely when you still think it's an inconsistency that James' mother was happy when MJ died.

Nope, I'm not going to waste any more time on you. You honestly expect me to dig through pages and pages of legal papers just so you can dismiss it all with another one of your excuses? If you really care about the truth, use Google to find what you're looking for.
