Can you send me the link to the movie or even the article I wrote arguing that he’s guilty? I have no where near certainty needed to blindly buy into those stories to such a huge degree. My point is about the threshold for an HBO documentary, which they clearly didn’t reach.

That's not his critique. He says that because they assume MJ's guilt from the start, they leave out possibly exculpatory evidence.

His critique rests on the filmmakers' presumption of MJ's guilt without evidence, which he confesses to also having in the first paragraph of the article. As I said, I agree with the substance of the article, I just find this aspect of it incongruous.
